Who we are ...
We are a small private company bringing together a select range of high-calibre, privately-owned properties in the beautiful resort of San José.
We deal directly with the property owners, thereby keeping overheads down and offering you great properties at excellent prices.
We have been living here in San José for more than 15 years, so we know the village and the area well and we also have a good knowledge of Almería, Andalucía and all the other wonderful regions of Spain.
We have a friendly, professional and skilled team that is always ready to help and give advice, making your holiday feel really special.
Whatever your interests, your holiday will begin with an attractive, well-presented and carefully selected property, and leave you with an entirely different perception of a holiday in Spain.
What we offer ...
Properties
We only offer holiday properties that have been personally selected and are of a high standard. Each description clearly and honestly describes the property, it’s location and what facilities are available. We are always happy to answer any points you feel we may not have covered.
Arrival and Departure
We take the time to meet you on arrival and show you around the property and we will also see you out and say goodbye when you leave. A guide to each property, explaining how its facilities work, will be ready for you. It will also contain useful local information such as shops, restaurants, interesting things to do, places to visit, the best beaches, walks and drives, markets and other necessities. A “kitchen pack” can be supplied if required, to save you having to rush straight to the shops.
All information given regarding the properties and the locations on our website is as up-to-date and accurate as possible. We will keep you informed of any changes that occur between the time of booking and your holiday.
The Spanish Language
Because we live here, there are plenty of other things we can do to help. For instance, we can help you with the language: “what’s that on the menu?” and we can give you a “crib-sheet” of useful Spanish words and phrases, including many of the restaurant and bar terms.
Living in Spain
For those who dream of coming to live in Spain, we would be delighted to help with advice on buying a house or apartment: estate agents, solicitors, rates, taxes, title deeds (escritura), water, electricity, gas, schooling, the social life, what it’s like in the winter, medical services etc etc. Please view our sales page.
