Your reservation will be held for 7 days and will be confirmed on receipt of a 30% booking deposit. This deposit is not refundable.

The balance of the rental must be paid in cash in euros or sterling (at our fixed rate of exchange) on arrival at the property or in advance by cheque or bank transfer. No other form of payment can be accepted. We are sorry, but we are unable to accept credit card payments.

The price of the property includes electricity, bedlinen and bathroom towels, but not beach towels. Extra items, such as travel cots, child safety gates etc, should be requested at the time of booking. There is usually an extra charge for these items but this will be made clear to you at the time.

The price of the property includes cleaning on arrival, but not on departure. We ask you to try to leave it as you found it.

Check in: after 17.00 (5 pm) Check out: before 10.00 am. If these times are inconvenient or you have small children travelling with you, please let us know and, if there are no previous or following guests, alternative times for check in/check out might be possible.

To comply with regulations, we will need a copy of your passport or other identification document from every guest aged 16 years or more. If you are able to send this to us in advance, by email or by whatsapp, this will speed up the check-in procedure.

We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking, you ensure you have travel insurance to cover yourself in the event of you having to cancel your holiday. Your deposit is not refundable.

The property insurance does not cover your personal possessions.

Dogs, cats and other animals or birds are not permitted, unless agreed in advance.
All our information has been compiled with the utmost care. However, we may not accept responsibility for omissions or errors that are beyond our control. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for water/electricity cuts, loss of satellite tv or wifi (where applicable) or lack of access to swimming pools due to maintenance or repair.
