Spacious triplex house for 6-7 people near LA CALILLA beach (2 minutes’ walk) with wonderful sea views! 

It has 4 bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor of the house with a 150 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom with a 1.35cm bed, a bedroom with a 90cm single bed and another with a 90cm bunk bed, are located on the entrance floor. This floor has the main bathroom with a bathtub. 

On the upper floor is the large living-dining room that is spacious and bright, with the kitchen open to the living room. On this upper floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. It also has a terrace with great views. 

The wonderful roof terrace with barbecue has fantastic views across the bay of San José and the Mediterranean Sea, it has a part covered by a pergola with a large, fixed table, to provide protection from the sun at peak hours to enjoy the best outdoor dining. 

The house is located just above LA CALILLA beach in San José and is a 15-minute walk to the town, shops and restaurants. Being at the top end of the town, the famous Genoveses beach is just a short walk across the promontory and from there to the other wonderful unspoilt beaches in this part of the Natural Park. 

Unusually for southern Spain, Casa Paco is fully equipped with central heating, air conditioning (with heating) and ceiling fans in all rooms. 

It is a four-storey accommodation with access stairs inside and outside.
