Casa Adela

This apartment is located on the ground floor of one of the houses in the famous Pueblo Namara urbanization. Perfect for 4 people, the pool is shared between only 8 houses. A five-minute walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. 

At the entrance there is a single room with a television, sofa and folding table, separated by a bar with a small kitchen equipped with a microwave/grill, a ceramic hob, a small refrigerator and a washing machine. From here you enter the two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and the other bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. At the back is the bathroom with shower. It has Wi-Fi and ceiling fans in each room. 

It is an accommodation on one floor and with a couple of access steps on the outside. 

This apartment has the singularity of having a connecting door with the apartment above, with the possibility of renting both at the same time for the stay of a large family or a group of several friends. When rented separately the door is locked. 

This apartment does not have a private terrace, but it does have a space at the entrance, away from the pool, which has a table and chairs for use as a terrace. 

Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 20 euros to be paid on arrival in cash, for more information consult the house regulations. 

It has a community garden, barbecue and swimming pool. The pool is open for guest use throughout the year. The regulations and schedules of community pools are subject to their own regulation and are totally beyond our control.
