It has a solar panel on the roof for hot water and also an electric water heater for cloudy days. 

There is access to a shared swimming pool, which has its own terrace and barbecue area.

It is an accommodation in a single height and with access stairs on the outside. 

It has a private pool, barbecue and garden only for the use of guests. The pool is open throughout the year.
