Modern and comfortable apartment at a community, for 4 people, with a south-west facing terrace and incredible views! It is located three minutes’ walk from the beach, bars, restaurants, shops at the marina. In other words, perfect! 

From the hall of this magnificent apartment, from one side you access to the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and fridge-freezer, with access to a patio where the washing machine is located and which can also be accessed from the entrance. Next door you enter the spacious living room with a dining table and television with access to a large terrace with a manual awning and splendid views over the main beach of the town, the promenade and the entire bay. On the other side is a full bathroom with a bathtub and the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 150 cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to the main terrace. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. The apartment has air conditioning (with heating), ceiling fans in all rooms and free Wi-Fi.  

It is a one-level accommodation with a small external access staircase. 

It has shared gardens and swimming pool in the common areas of the urbanization. The pool is only open in high season. The regulations and hours of the community pools are subject to their own regulation and are totally beyond our control.
