Magnificent apartment for 2/3 people in the wonderful Bahía Vista urbanization. It has a spacious terrace with great views of the sea. A five-minute walk from the town centre, the beach, restaurants and shops.
It has a bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm. It has a complete bathroom with shower. Newly renovated kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, fridge, microwave and washing machine. It has a spacious living-dining room with a 135 cm sofa bed, which leads out to a wonderful terrace with an awning and views of the pool and the sea. It has WIFI. It does not have air conditioning, but ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.
It is an accommodation on one floor and without access stairs on the outside.
Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 20 euros to be paid on arrival in cash, for more information consult the house regulations.
It has a communal garden and pool. The pool is open for guest use from May 1 to October 15. The regulations and schedules of community pools are subject to their own regulation and are totally beyond our control.
