Magnificent apartment for 2/3 people in the wonderful Bahía Vista urbanization. It has a terrace with great views of the sea. A five-minute walk from the town centre, the beach, restaurants and shops. 

It has a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, from where you can go out to a small private balcony that belongs to the bedroom and it has direct access to the main terrace of the apartment. It has a bathroom with a bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. It has a spacious living-dining room that has a 150 cm sofa bed that leads out to a small terrace with views of the pool and the sea. With WIFI and in the living room and bedroom it has air conditioning (with heating) and ceiling fan. 

It is an accommodation on one floor and with access stairs on the outside. 

Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 20 euros to be paid on arrival in cash, for more information consult the house regulations. 

It has a communal garden and pool. The pool is open for guest use from May 1 to October 15. The regulations and schedules of community pools are subject to their own regulation and are totally beyond our control.
