Nice apartment with balcony, perfect for 2/3 people located in one of the most popular vacation complexes in San José, the Bahía Vista urbanization, with a magnificent community pool. 

The apartment has a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, a living room with a sofa bed(foldable mattrass suitable for 1 child), a TV, a dining area for four people and a large central ceiling fan. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and from the bedroom. It has a bathroom with a shower. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. This apartment has air conditioning (with heating) at all rooms, but at the moment it does not have WIFI. 

It is an accommodation on one floor and with a couple of outside access steps. 

This apartment is located on the ground floor just four steps from the road level. Just a five-minute walk from the beach, town, restaurants, and shops 

It has a communal garden and pool. The pool is open for guest use from May 1 to October 15. The regulations and hours of the community pools are subject to their own regulation and are totally beyond our control.
