It has a large 30m2 terrace facing southeast with table and chairs and sun loungers. Excellent views of the sea and mountains. It has a manual awning to have shade in the summer. From this terrace you go up a staircase that leads to the large 60 m2 roof terrace with table, chairs, and sun loungers, with Magnificent 360° panoramic views of sea, marina, mountains, and village.
