It has a perfect location in the centre of San José with a quiet patio and a path to the main beach 50m away!
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a 150 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds, and a bathroom with a shower where the washing machine is located. You exit here to the patio with an outdoor shower and access to the beach.
Going up to the first floor, you will find the living/dining room and the kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and refrigerator in a single space. From the living room you reach the balcony overlooking a quiet patio with a garden and the sea. There is an external staircase that goes up to the solarium of the house with terrace furniture and sun loungers to enjoy the sea views!
It has air conditioning (with heat pump) in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. No Wifi.
It is an accommodation on two floors with stairs inside.
