Semi-detached duplex, very central and very comfortable for 8 people! Just 5 minutes walk to the town center, the main beach, a diving center, supermarkets, banks and bars/restaurants. 

It is a three-storey accommodation with access stairs inside and outside. 

Going up the main entrance you reach the living/dining room with access to the main terrace, and next the full equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, microwave and refrigerator, with access to a terrace with barbecue and an entrance from the back street, to easily download the purchases of the day. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a 135 cm double bed with an independent exit to the backyard. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom also with a shower. The master bedroom is very spacious with a 180 cm bed and has a balcony. The second bedroom has a 135 cm bed and the third with two 90 cm single beds. 

The house has air conditioning (with heating) and ceiling fans in all rooms, television and Wi-Fi. 

On the ground floor there is a large garage to store umbrellas and beach chairs! It has a shower to get rid of the sand from the beach. For the possibility of parking vehicles, contact the agency. 

Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 20 euros to be paid on arrival in cash, for more information consult the house regulations.
