Magnificent semi-detached house in Urbanization the Cortijos del Sotillo, with three bedrooms, for 6/8 people. The property is located in a quiet and exclusive environment on the outskirts of town. It is a 5-minute walk (on a flat path) from the beach, shops and restaurants. It has a shared pool and parking space in and at the front of the house. 

It is a two-story accommodation with access stairs inside. 

On the first floor there is a full kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob that leads to a spacious living-dining room, with doors to two terraces, one at the entrance and the other at the rear of the house. House. Here is the master bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also has a small toilet on this floor. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds, plus a 90 cm trundle bed. This floor also has another full bathroom with a bathtub. It has air conditioning (with heating) in all rooms and Wi-Fi. 

Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 20 euros to be paid on arrival in cash, for more information consult the regulations of the house. 

It has magnificent communal gardens and swimming pool. The pool is open for guest use at Easter and for the summer season from May 1 to October 15. The regulations and hours of the community pools are subject to their own regulation and are totally beyond our control.
