Magnificent duplex for 4 people, in the famous urbanization “Pueblo Namara”. Surrounded by wonderful views and with a community pool, this house is part of a small complex of 8 houses in a unique urbanization in San José. Just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, shops, bars, and a wide range of restaurants. 

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a small balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also has another bedroom with two 90 cm single beds on this floor and another bathroom with a shower. On the first floor is the open plan kitchen and living/dining room with double glass door to the awning terrace, and stairs to the roof terrace. It has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (with heating) in all rooms. 

From the terraces there are wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, the bay, and the marina. Genoveses Beach is just a 15-minute walk away. 

It is a two-storey accommodation with stairs inside. 

This apartment has a connecting door to the private apartment below which is locked when rented. 

Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 20 euros to be paid on arrival in cash, for more information consult the house regulations. 

It has gardens, swimming pool and barbecue shared in the common areas of the urbanization. The pool is open for guest use throughout the year. The regulations and schedules of community pools are subject to their own regulation and are totally beyond our control.
