Through the main entrance you enter the master bedroom with a 135 cm double bed with sea views and a private terrace with fantastic views. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. On this floor there is also a guest toilet at the entrance area. 

On the floor below is the living/dining room with access to the main terrace with sun awning and views of the bay and pool. A second front door leads up to the main entrance via an outside staircase and down to the pool area. The kitchen separates the living area with a small bar with stools and here, too, an outside staircase leads to the pool. It is equipped with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. In the next basement there are 2 private rooms which are locked and a laundry room with washing machine and another refrigerator. At the end there are 2 bedrooms, each with 135 cm beds and access to a continuous terrace which leads to the pool area on both sides. Both bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. 

The villa has air conditioning (with heating) in all rooms and WiFi. Hot water boiler via a solar system on the roof. There is a private parking space at the entrance! 

It is a three storey property with indoor and outdoor stairs. 

It has a private pool, barbecue and garden for guests use only. The swimming pool is open all year round.
