Estudio Pacbo

An ideal studio for your beach vacation due to its proximity to the beautiful main beach of San Jose! It’s in the centre so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants without having to climb and descend hills!

The house is located on the first floor of the Alameda community with only 1 staircase to reach it! Entering through a small hall, you first arrive at an open kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic hob and oven, a high table with 2 stools, a large refrigerator, and a microwave and a window that leads to the small utility room with washing machine on the terrace. Next, there is the sliding door that goes from the living and sleeping area, to the covered terrace and very quiet and pleasant to have breakfast and meals there. The sofa bed with Italian opening is 1.35cm and comfortable for 2 people. There is a large built-in wardrobe and a 3-drawer chest of drawers, television, and DVD. The bathroom has a shower and a window.

It is located 300 meters walk from the main beach and 350 meters from the nearest supermarket. The promenade from the main beach takes you to the port and the centre of the village with its shops and restaurants. It has air conditioning in the room and also a ceiling fan. It does not have Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.

This is a true studio – there is no separate bedroom.

It is an accommodation on one floor and with exterior stairs.
