From the hall of this magnificent duplex, you reach the kitchen with a window and the living-dining room with access to the interior terrace that overlooks the pool area and is perfect for having breakfast under the awning. On this floor you find a guest toilet. A staircase leads to the first floor with 1 full bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms, the main one with a 135 cm double bed and windows facing the park, and the other with two 90 cm single beds overlooking the common area Going up to the second floor, you will find on one side a terrace with awnings and terrace furniture that overlooks the park, and in front another terrace with an outdoor shower and sun loungers. The house has air conditioning (with heat pump) in all rooms and free Wi-Fi. It also offers the possibility of parking a car in the community’s underground garage for an extra charge.

It is a 3-level accommodation with small access stairs outside.

It has shared gardens and swimming pool in the common areas of the urbanization. The pool is only open in high season. The regulations and schedules of community pools are subject to their own regulation and are completely beyond our control.
