Very cute studio for 2 people in the port area of San José with a partial view of the main beach and the bay, with everything you need for a visit to San José, in the heart of the Cabo de Gata – Níjar Natural Park. 

Entering the studio there is a 150 cm double bed with a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 stools, ceramic hob, large fridge, microwave and tabletop oven. Next to it is the bathroom with shower. A 90 cm sofa bed, large dining table and television are located next to a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture. There is possibility of parking in a private space in front of the building. It is a three-minute walk from the main beach and the port with its bars, restaurants via a public staircase. The promenade from the beach takes you to the centre of the village with its shops and businesses. It has a ceiling fan. It does not have a washing machine or air conditioning. Free WIFI. 

This is a true studio – there is no separate bedroom. 

It is an accommodation on one floor and with stairs and an access ramp on the outside. 

Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 20 euros to be paid on arrival in cash, for more information consult the regulations of the house.
