Small studio, but with everything you need for a visit to San José, in the heart of the Natural Park Cabo de Gata – Níjar with spectacular views of the sea and the bay.
A five-minute walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops.
In a corner with a window is the kitchen with everything you need, with ceramic hob and washing machine. There is a 135 cm double bed and a dining table from where you have views of the sea and the pool through a sliding window.
It has television, refrigerator, Wi-Fi and air conditioning (with heating). The bathroom with shower has a small window.
This is a true studio – there is no separate bedroom.
Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 20 euros to be paid on arrival in cash, for more information consult the house regulations.
It has a communal garden and pool. The pool is open for guest use from May 1 to October 15. The regulations and schedules of community pools are subject to their own regulation and are totally beyond our control.
